Refund policy
We want you to love your AP Club kit. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at support@apclub.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us at support@apclub.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Subject to availability we'll arrange an exchange. If the item is no longer available we'll issue a refund instead.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us at support@apclub.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll put it right — either with a replacement or full refund. Return postage will be covered by AP Club in these cases.
Personalised Items
Items personalised with initials, names or custom additions cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
European Union
If your order is shipped to the EU you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Contact support@apclub.co.uk to arrange this.
